With Accel Club, our primary goal was to maintain the market leadership the acquired brand had achieved and extend the product line for increased market share.
Given the nature of the product – a relatively low-cost item in a highly competitive market – our strategy was concentrated on Amazon Sponsored Products. The low margins and high competition necessitated a focused, aggressive, and cost- efficient approach.
Strategy and Execution
With Accel Club, our primary goal was to maintain the market leadership the acquired brand had achieved and extend the product line for increased market share. The low margins and high competition necessitated a focused, aggressive, and cost-efficient approach.
We also worked on product line extension strategies. By identifying and launching new products under the Accel Club brand, we aimed to solidify their market position and capture more market share.
Results
Despite the intense competition and the price advantage that competitor brands had (some being almost 30% cheaper), Accel Club managed to maintain its dominant position in the market.
Their label brand product has successfully retained its leadership in market share, demonstrating the effectiveness of a robust and focused Amazon Sponsored Products strategy.
